From February 20-22, 2013, Integrated Textile Solutions attended the Global Pet Expo at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center. ITS showcased their “Made in the U.S.A.” marketing advantage: domestic transportation cost savings, compliance with U.S. Best Practices, environmental mandates and industrial performance standards, and the ability to collaborate and communicate without significant time zone differences, language barriers or need for transoceanic travel. ITS’s “Made in the U.S.A” accomplishes onshore production at offshore prices, and encourages U.S. manufacturing excellence. By building relationships at the Global Pet Expo, ITS hopes to help bring production back to the U.S.A.
The Expo is the pet industry’s largest annual trade show is presented by the American Pet Products Association (APPA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA). It is the first pet industry trade show of the year. It has over 3,000 new product launches and buyers from 50 states, over 65 countries and six continents. Global Pet Expo is the only show where you can increase sales and network with thousands of pet industry professionals. The 2013 show featured 964 exhibitors and 2,686 booths. Over 5,000 pet product buyers from around the world attended.
