Computerized Cutting Technology

ITS operates three Gerber Technology multi-ply cutters,including our most recent addition, the top of the line GerberZ7, capable of precisely cutting complex designs in almost anytype and thickness of material including foams, technicaltextiles, Kevlar, vinyl, woven and non-woven materials.

Since 1936, all varieties of textile materials have been used to create custom and standardized products with special attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality and exemplary service. Our inspection and repair services allow you to cost-effectively meet your business’ standards. We inspect and repair merchandise that is returned, damaged, or found to contain manufacturing defects. Products include mechanical devices, furniture, apparel, and other products. Services include sorting, grading, repackaging, label change, and bar code correction.
